This observation inspired Dunning and Kruger to start their investigation.

I was guided by a mentor, when I was just starting in the world, that had a way of teaching you this reality without offending. I was lucky to have this guidance as it helped when it was my turn to supervise.

I enjoyed reading more of their research.

I enjoy your posts, they are a spark in the darkness of the worlds current madness.

Yes, we always think that this phenomenon is the work of others. In reality, we are all like this in some area and at some point in our lives. It is inevitable, it is the human condition.
