I enjoyed this post. I was not familiar with Pareto's Law but it is fantastically useful and applies to just about everything. Question: can you explain the term 'falling into the hammer'?
It is a psychological phenomenon whereby people tend to overvrate the option they think is good according to their experience. A doctor is always somewhat biased in deciding which medication to give based on previous cases and may prefer a medicine simply because it is the one with which he or she is familiar.
Or perhaps a farmer prefers not to risk changing his way of pruning and fertilising because he feels that his way is already good after so many years of experience doing it that way.
so good, alvaro! thank you very much! j.
Thank you! 🙏

Oh! I'm sorry. I'm a native Spanish speaker and I didn't express myself properly in English in that sentence.
I have already corrected it in the text. I was referring to the Law of the Hammer: https://followmentalgarden.substack.com/i/145859352/typical-examples

Sorry for the mistake! 🙏
Aha! Similar to another saying I sometimes use: 'when your only tool is a hammer, everything looks like a nail.'
Thank you for this reminder for all creatives. (I love that cactus chair. OY!)
I love it too!
