I appreciate the recognition/distinction you bring forward; that extroverts and introverts arrive differently at their optimized performance through environment!

Exactly! It's interesting to see how personality defines in which environments you are most productive. After all, what differentiates us most as individuals is our personality, so it was possible that this could influence our performance.

Indeed. I think, too, that while we all generally fall toward either broad personality type (introvert/extrovert) it's useful to know how others operate. Especially in work settings, it can be helpful to think about what others need to be productive. But also, I think many of us can operate in both modes of introspection and socialite. Which means that we're all the better for evaluating ourselves to find out what we need in the moment to bring out our best self! Thanks again for sharing and engaging :)
