You addressed healthy eating habits to enjoy a better quality of life. And for writers, you talked about how adopting a routine helps you be more consistent, generate ideas, and become more successful in writing. I'm glad you liked this text 😊. We have a tendency to think short term and not look too much into the future, so without thinking too much about it, we prefer easy and immediate solutions. The problem is that the more you focus on solving the visible problem, the more you ignore the long-term visible problems.

You’re right. Our minds tend to lean towards the short-term solution and not want to look too much in the future because we don't want to be uncomfortable. But doing so just creates a bigger problem. Thank you for your response. It is enlightening.
