“When we learn, our minds flourish.”
Mental Garden is a metaphor that reminds us that the mind is fertile ground, a garden that deserves to be cared for and nurtured. Throughout history, gardens have been spaces of peace, meticulous care, and patience in growth. In the same way, this publication seeks to create a space to cultivate ideas and delve into the topics that truly nourish us as people.
Are you a curious person? Me too.
Hello, I am
, a nature enthusiast with an insatiable curiosity. As a teenager, I created a special bond with nature: I loved getting lost in the woods, exploring every corner and learning about plants and animals. That desire to discover the world is still alive in me. However, something unexpected happened. During the COVID-19 pandemic, isolated from nature, a new interest germinated within me. I understood in those days the importance of also taking care of our inner world, and that was when psychology became part of my life.
Through "Mental Garden," I want to share this journey with you. My curiosity and my personal library—my garden of ideas—are the starting point of each installment. Here you will find a space where knowledge and practice combine to make sense of our world and our own nature.
